2010-2011 REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Registration Letter - explains the registration process
Registration Form - necessary to enroll your child
Child Record - mandatory form required by the State of Nebraska
Complete and return:
- The Registration Form with the registration fee.
- The Child Record Form with all sections completely filled out. (A new, updated immunization record from your healthcare provider will be accepted as a substitute for filling out the Certificate of Immunization section on the second page.)
Classes for 2010-2011 are filling quickly!
As of 08/26/2010:
The 3/4 F class has 1 open spot.
The 4/5 M,W,F class has 1 open spot.
The 4/5 Afternoon Classes have 2 open spots.

The 5 M-F class has reached capacity and is now closed.
The 4/5 M-TH class has reached capacity and is now closed.
The 4/5 T,TH,F class has reached capacity and is now closed.
The 4/5 T,TH morning class has reached capacity and is now closed.
The 3/4 M,W class has reached capacity and is now closed.
The 3/4 T,TH class has reached capacity and is now closed.
Even though these classes are closed, there is a chance a spot may open before school starts in August. (Family situations change, jobs change and people move, students change classes, etc.) If you would like your name to be put on the wating list for any of these closed classes, please contact us. Thank you!
Extended Care is available:
For morning classes, extended care is available 7:00 a.m. until class starts
and after class until 12:15 p.m..
For afternoon classes, extended care is available 11:00 a.m. until class starts.
2010-2011 costs for extended care:
- if a child stays late or comes early for 1-30 minutes the total cost is $1.75.
- if a child stays late or comes early for 31-45 minutes the total cost is $2.65.
- if a child stays late or comes early for 46-60 minutes the total cost is $3.50.
