 Strategic Ministry Planning Explanation:
SMP is the process of determining God's will and direction for Peace Lutheran Church. After our congregation finished this process, it became clear that we needed to increase space for the ministries that go on (and could be started) here at Peace. This is our Tactical Goal at the present time.
Tactical Goal:
"Increase Space for Ministry!"
Tactical Teams:
To accomplish our main goal, we created the following
4 Teams:
- Identify Ministry Needs
- Facilities
- Financial
- Communication
Current Focus:
Working to accomplish our Tactical Goal has led us to focus on two possible solutions simultaneously:
Remodeling/Enlarging our present facilities at Peace, and
exploring the possibilities of starting a Satellite location, or even a separate Mission congregation.
